1. A BRIEF INTRODUCTION – WHAT DOES YOUR ROLE CONSIST OF AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU HELD THIS POSITION AT RGPBALLS?

‘I have been leading RGPBALLS’ business operations with my sister Valentina and my brother-in-law Luca for over a decade, focusing specifically on the technical production area.

Our company is strongly rooted in family values, having welcomed and enthusiastically gone through the generational transition process. My role is to ensure that innovation and efficiency are always at the heart of our production strategies, to maintain and strengthen our position in the precision balls market.’

2. WHICH DECISIONS MADE BY RGPBALLS MANAGEMENT HAVE PROVED TO BE THE MOST IMPACTFUL RECENTLY?

‘In response to changing market conditions, we have embarked on a significant transformation path, evolving from a predominantly commercial reality to a robust local Italian production.

This strategic shift reinforces our commitment to quality and innovation and allows us to have more direct control over production processes, ensuring excellent products that effectively meet our customers’ needs.’
